Questions about pricing
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days of full SeatLumo Reservation for one outlet. No card needed. We set up your outlet with you, and at the end you choose monthly or yearly.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setting up your outlet, tables and staff logins is included.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. A monthly plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. A yearly plan can be refunded in full within 7 days of payment. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. SeatLumo works on the phones, tablets and laptops you already have, and installs like an app straight from the browser.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It's yours. Export your guest list and booking history before you go. We keep it for 90 days after your plan ends so you can come back, then delete it.
Is SeatLumo Connect priced differently?
No. When Connect launches, it costs the same as Core.
