Who we are
SeatLumo provides online software for restaurants and hospitality businesses, used through a web browser. In these terms, "SeatLumo", "we" and "us" mean SeatLumo, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. "You" means the business that signs up and the people it allows to use SeatLumo.
The service
SeatLumo currently offers SeatLumo Reservation: reservations, table management, guest records and reports. Terms for other products will be added here when they launch. By using SeatLumo, you agree to these terms.
Your account
- You are responsible for the staff you invite and for keeping their sign-ins private.
- Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone has signed in without permission.
- You must give accurate business and contact details.
Subscriptions and payment
- Subscriptions are per outlet, paid in advance, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on our Pricing page, plus applicable taxes.
- The free trial lasts 7 days and costs nothing.
- If a renewal is not paid, we send a reminder and then pause access. Your data is kept safe, and access returns as soon as payment is made.
- Refunds follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Your data
Your guest and booking data belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your guest list and booking history at any time.
Fair use
- Do not misuse SeatLumo, resell it or try to access another business's data.
- Do not use SeatLumo to send messages to guests who have not agreed to hear from you.
- Only enter guest details that you are allowed to collect and keep.
Availability and changes
We work to keep SeatLumo available at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We plan maintenance late at night where possible. We may improve or change features over time. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before any price change or major change to these terms.
Liability
SeatLumo is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
Ending your subscription
You can stop at any time as described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. After a subscription ends, we keep your data for 90 days so you can export it or return, and then delete it.
