Free trial
The 7-day free trial costs nothing and needs no card. There is nothing to cancel: if you do not choose a plan, the trial simply ends.
Monthly plans
You can cancel at any time. Your service continues until the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part of a month.
Yearly plans
If you cancel within 7 days of paying for a yearly plan, we refund the full amount. After 7 days, we do not refund the payment, and your service continues until the end of the paid year.
Duplicate or wrong payments
If you are charged twice or pay the wrong amount by mistake, we refund the extra amount in full.
How long refunds take
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days, back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
